Final Paper Submission

All final submissions must follow strictly the format and size constraints indicated below. Your goal as an author is to produce a clearly readable submission within these constraints.

  • Final submissions MUST be no more than six (6) pages in 10 point Times Roman (or equivalent font). This length includes everything: figures, tables, references, appendices and so forth.
  • You can download templates for your paper on the IEEE website:
    http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
  • Please check your final paper for IEEE compatibility with IEEE PDF eXpress tool.
You can find a detailed description here.
Please note: The IEEE PDF eXpress tool is only for checking the compatibility of your paper with the formatting requirements. After this check you still have to upload your final paper via the submission system.
  • After you receive a positive result by IEEE PDF eXpress tool, use our submission website to submit your final paper.

Final Paper Submission Guidelines

PV 2012 requires that papers not be submitted simultaneously to any other conference or publication, and that submissions not be previously published. Authors of accepted papers will need to sign a copyright release form (download link and further instructions will be provided shortly).

To submit your final paper to the PV 2012 conference, please read carefully the formatting guidelines above and make sure that your submission complies with the requirements.
